WEDDING & RECEPTION INFO:
-Maximum seated capacity is 96 people (not including staff).
-Rental periods are from 10AM-10PM Friday-Saturday. 9AM-9PM Sunday-Thursday.
-Venue rental fee for 12 hr period is $3000 (includes cleaning fee, additional bathroom, lighting package, use of entire property).
-Parking & Shuttle Service $1300, price can vary (required due to limited parking at venue).
-Deposit is 50% of the rental fee upon booking. The remaining 50% balance due is required 60 days before the event date.
-Refundable security damage deposit is requested.
-Event insurance required (appx $175).
-Preferred vendors list is available upon request.
-Insured wedding coordinator required.
-Please inquire about pricing for a ceremony or a reception only.
WEDDING & ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS:
-Rental Fee for Wedding or Engagement Photos $200 hr (2 hr minimum).
FILM SHOOTS, FUNDRAISERS, EVENTS, ETC:
-Please call for pricing.
-Insurance certificate required.
-Refundable security damage deposit is required.
-Owners site rep is required.
